Tara Rotimi-Samuel, RN-BSN, NI-BC
Tara Rotimi-Samuel is a nurse and informatics leader who has spent the past decade helping clinicians and health systems make technology feel human again. Epic ClinDoc Certified and board-certified in Nursing Informatics, she’s led EMR optimization, AI adoption, and workflow redesign projects across major healthcare systems including Piedmont, Wellstar, and Emory.
Before founding ChartEase, Tara spent years inside hospital units watching brilliant clinicians lose hours to inefficient systems. That experience shaped her mission: to align people, process, and technology so care teams can focus on patients, not endless clicks.
Her work combines clinical empathy with data intelligence, bridging bedside experience, Signal analytics, and emerging AI tools to build workflows that actually work.
Today, Tara leads ChartEase as both strategist and partner to the practices she serves, ensuring every optimization delivers what matters most: more time, less burnout, and better care.
